I've attached a reproducer – camel-24629.zip.
See notes/commands in getData.camel.yaml for the block to comment/uncomment
when testing with the listed commands.
The issue is that the behavior seems to differ between to and toD – the best
example of this is when using the `camel run . --runtime=quarkus` command with
the toD code commented out (works – you'll see MicroProfilePropertiesSource is
doing as expected), then uncomment and the build fails (export follows suit).
