Review Comment:
   Yes, it is not used. The `TransportClientBootstrap` interface is adapted 
from Spark. In Spark, it is used for adding encryption handler. Earlier I 
though I will keep it same as Spark and maybe we will need it later for any 
other enhancements. But you are right, the `channel` reference can be obtained 
from the `client` as well. I can remove the `channel` from this API for now.
