Review Comment:
   Confirmed — it segfaults deterministically, not just in theory. The 
registries and the retired flag moved into a `shared_ptr<ConnectionState>`, and 
every continuation and interrupt handler captures a `weak_ptr` to it. Covered 
by `failedWriteAfterDispatcherDestroyedIsIgnored` and the fetch variant, built 
as you suggested; both segfault against the previous version.
