Anders Hessellund contacted me about solving a model with 216 variables. I
coded up his problem as a test case below and it correctly arrived at a
solution given to me by another tool, which gives me confidence in the code.
Luc, thanks for following up about the paperwork. I had tried last week, but
couldn't reach people out on vacation.
