[~ggregory] Would live-pulling [https://html.spec.whatwg.org/entities.json] in
a test-case be acceptable? And if so, is there any preference at ASF regarding
JSON parsers to use in test code? Using that I would be able to create a
test-case that ensures a 100% coverage of the HTML5 named references even as
the HTML5 standard evolves (test-case would start breaking when character named
references are added or removed from the HTML5 published set)
