It's licensed [1] under a mixed Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International
License (CC BY 4.0) / BSD-3-Clause. If I read the statement correctly copying
it in as part of our test-code would make the BSD-3-Clause licensing
applicable. But might be good to have the legal PMC validate my assumption.
