In response to the feedback: - **Aligned PR Title & Scope**: Updated the PR title and description to reflect the current scope (documentation + regression test only—no new API methods added). - **Brittle Test Assertions**: Removed the hardcoded epoch millisecond assertions in `DateUtilsTest.java`, relying strictly on elapsed hours (`23h` / `25h`) and resulting calendar fields across DST transitions. - **Clean History**: Branch is cleanly rebased onto the latest master into a single linear commit (no merge commits, `changes.xml` untouched). - **Verification**: `DateUtilsTest` passes (134/134) with 0 Checkstyle violations.
