Hi @garydgregory,
I've updated `DateUtilsTest` to use JUnit Pioneer
(`@DefaultTimeZone("Europe/Brussels")`, `@ReadsDefaultTimeZone`, and
`@WritesDefaultTimeZone`) instead of manually calling
`TimeZone.setDefault(...)` in `testAddDaysDaylightSavingTime()`, and ensured
`setUp()` preserves the active default time zone across `@DefaultTimeZone`
methods.
The branch is rebased onto latest `master` and all tests + Checkstyle pass.
Ready for another look!
