Rebased on master. `FastDatePrinterTest`, `FastDateFormatTest` and `FastDateParserTest` pass locally, and the default `mvn` goal is clean. The one red job was `28-ea`, which fails in `FastDateParserTest`/`FastDateParserJava15BugTest` (BC era, `cv` locale). Master's `28-ea` job fails the same way on `baa862f`, so it isn't coming from this change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
