The things blocking 1.4 are: Testing, and fixing a couple of backwards
incompatible changes as identified in the last (failed) release vote. If you're
able to help with either of those that'd be great!
I don't think we'd gain enough with the groupId change for now to warrant the
possible problems, so let's try to get 1.4 out first then re-visit it!
