How is deploys to repo1.maven.org performed?
It's seems not to be performed using maven since there are errors:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/commons-daemon/commons-daemon/1.0.3/commons-daemon-1.0.3.pom
contains groupId org.apache.commons.
