I have further tweak the hpux/hppa/ia64 bits.
So far tested on HP-UX with both gcc and aCC and it works (now defaults to
64-bit)
For compiling 32-bit binaries one has to: 'configure --host=ia64n-hp-hpux11'
If Debian folks still have the hppa/linux infrastructure we can later reopen
the case if something pops up.
