I find it strange to have an {{areEqual}} method in {{DoublePrecisionContext}}
whereas all other similar methods use {{is}} (in this case, perhaps even better
would be to follow the JDK and use {{equals}}).
I should have spotted it in GEOMETRY-11. :-(
