Note for the patch: another approach could be to detect 'cordova.js' in
index.html but that may fail if cordova.js isn't in index.html (e.g. dynamic
loading).
That's why I used glob() to look for cordova.js in the www/ directory and set
the appropriate relative path.
"If you really want, you can move cordova.js and plugins/, and I think the
plugin loading will still work"
But that's the problem :)
