package.json? you mean config.xml. Do they exist there as "plugin" tags in
config.xml? (which would be added if you did --save when you added them).
Pinging [~vladimir.kotikov] -- when we do a platform update, is the expected
behaviour that all plugins get removed, then re-added (according to the saved
settings in config.xml)?
