Anything in the root at [project_path]/platforms or [project_path]/plugins
should never be checked into source control -- if you added your platforms and
plugins using the "--save" parameter, they will be saved in config.xml.
So if you are working in a team, all the other team members will only need to
download the lightweight project folder with the config.xml, and by running
"cordova prepare" (called by 'cordova build'), it will re-install any needed
platforms and plugins automatically.
