[~shazron], no, we do not reinstall plugins for particular platform at this
point. However we run {{prepare}}, which do reinstall plugins, but only those
which are not installed at the project level yet.
I think this happens due to this line in [email protected] {{update}} script:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-ios/blob/master/bin/lib/create.js#L118
It looks like that for update to work properly we need to persist Plugins
directory under the project while copying template files.
