CB-11279 Support arbitrary repositories for 'coho nightly'
- Use `updateRepoVersion` from versionutil to update repo's version properly
- Reduce amount of changes written to repos
- Append new line to every package.json written
- Use 2 spaces indent in 'package.json' as npm does
- Fix unpublish running multiple times for every repo
This closes #122
