I believe you'll be using "gitpubsub", see e.g. [the blog
post|https://blogs.apache.org/infra/entry/git_based_websites_available]. When
you push to the git repo it will appear on the site.
Your official URL (that you should use in presentations etc.) is
http://crail.incubator.apache.org/ but it is aliased to
http://crail.apache.org/ for future compatibility.
