Hi all - I have cleaned up the current crail website source which is rendered
here: [https://animeshtrivedi.github.io/crail-website/] . Please have a look.
The update includes
* adding community page with the detail of mailing list, JIRA, and src
location
* updating all links to reflect the Apache git locations
* updating documentation
* adding the Apache incubation disclaimer at the bottom of the website
Naturally, this is the first draft from what we already have. We gradually
clean up and we make progress with other steps.
If we agree, then I can push this version to the crail git.
