The requirements for the website are:
* The source code should be available at crail-website master branch
* The build results (html content) should go to asf-site branch (e.g. see
publish script:
[https://github.com/apache/bahir-website/blob/master/publish.sh)]
* After this is ok, we work with infra to enable git-pubsub and then any
updates to asf-site branch goes to live website
Right now I believe we would need to use some --force to rebuild the
crail-website repository
