I guess what I was thinking was that a complete set of checks would allow the
user to definitively say that their WSDLs are WS-I Basic Profile compliant,
after being validated with the tool.
With an incomplete set of checks, this claim cannot be made.
Btw, this is not a bug report, it's an enhancement request.
