PS. I just checked, the HTTPS-Server DOES use a SHA1 signed SSL-certificate on
the transport layer, so the latter error messages actually would make sense as
a TransportBinding Policy Basic256Sha256 cannot be satisfied.
Still, I don't understand why the TransportBinding Policy is matched against
the signature method -- if I understand you correctly, I'd say this is a bug.
