[~vorburger] skipping gradle-wrapper has unblocked the queue for now. Two more
PRs were created, and remainder should come over the next hours. FYI the
"config:base" preset you are using limits to maximum 2 branches created per
hour in order to not swamp CI systems.
Once you merge that PR I'll remove the rule to skip gradle-wrapper and
hopefully it will proceed fine. Definitely less PRs in the queue then in your
fork though, so I'll take a look if I can work out why once these PRs are all
created.
