--------------------------------------------
Hello [~bgowda] and [~francisguchie] thank you for your comment,
Literally, a *withdrawal* from a savings account is defined as the client
taking money from his/her account. Just like we have a transaction type *pay
charge* which defines a deduction from the client's account to pay a charge, we
need to have another representation of a withdrawal from a client account that
will show in the client statement that the money was used to repay the loan
hence the birth of a new transaction type called {*}Loan repayment{*}.
Having another transaction-type {*}L{*}{*}oan repaymen{*}t will heavily support
dispute resolution as the client statement shows what transpired in the
transaction.
Hope that helps. Thank you
> Loan repayment by account transfer transaction type should not be withdrawal

> When a user transfers money from a savings account to pay off a loan, the
> transaction type is tagged as a withdrawal yet this is a loan repayment. The
> transaction type should be adjusted to suit the transaction as it gets handy
> for repayments with standing instructions.
