Updated PR #204 with the latest review fixes: - Rebased cleanly on top of PR #211 (`331b8c1`). - Added the explicit error code assertion (`TransferLoanOverpaymentException.CODE`) in Cucumber `TransfersSteps` alongside HTTP 422. - Updated `loan.not.active` translations in both English and Hindi to `"This loan can't receive a repayment right now."` to encompass inactive, pending, and zero-balance states. - Updated `transfers.adoc` to reference `prepayLoan` and documented non-locking and retry limitations. - All 28 unit tests pass cleanly. - Squashed into a single clean commit on top of PR #211. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
