The baked-in theme is in DefaultsConfigurator. This is where all the defaults
come including the magic that finds flex-config.xml (or *-config.xml).
Typically flex-config.xml supplies the same values.

Not sure what you mean by 'configname+=air'. Do you want have flex-config.xml
as the base config overridden by air-config.xml?
