Thanks for working on this [~Sergey Nuyanzin]. I think we don't need multiple
ITCases for testing the correctness. We can one ITCase but add more tests to
{{org.apache.flink.table.api.stream.sql.OverWindowTest}} to verify if the same
plans are generated.
