   Hi @tillrohrmann , I am not sure should we make MetricQueryService as a 
RpcEndpoint in this fix. I reused the RpcService to create another Actor 
system, and JobManager get the actor address through the TaskExecutor Gateway. 
The commit messages explains the implementation in detail.
