I would avoid using class names, such as
`AdaptedRestartPipelinedRegionStrategyNG`, here. We should describe their
behavior only.
Another idea that @zentol had, is to extend the section about restart
strategies [1] with more detailed information about the failover strategies
(`full` and `region`).
