 Review comment:
   Hive's timestamp has precision 9. If Flink internally stores 
`java.sql.Timestamp` as a long (like @TsReaper mentioned in 
`TimestampConverter`), seems we cannot avoid the loss. Does Flink support 
precision 9 with `java.time.LocalDateTime`?
