Review comment:
I think the 1st commit doesn't make sense on it's own and should be squashed
with the 3rd. Looking at just 1st or 3rd commit is confusing. 1st commit is not
a refactor/rename on it's own, by driven by the need of introducing `default
boolean isAvailable()`. Also if we ever want to revert this, they should be
reverted together.
