About BinaryGeneric:
I have considered pass type serializer to BinaryGeneric instead of it contains
serializer too. Further more, I think we can push down the methods(like
ensureMaterialized, materialize and others) to BinaryString. So BinaryGeneric
can have ensureMaterialized(TypeSerializer) and materialize(TypeSerializer).
