Hi~[~felixzheng]. Currently, Flink does not well support the GPU resource
allocation. I think it is a big topic that also belongs to the Standalone mode
and the Yarn mode. I already have some basic ideas and would like to work on
it. If you also have any points, I'm glad to know it.:)
