[~karmagyz] Glad to hear that you plan to work on GPU resource allocation, it's
really a big topic and this ticket does not cover the core design or work of
the resource allocation, it only tracks the kubernetes-specific work like GPU
configuration options base on your future work thus could be a subtask ot that.
There are some scenarios to schedule workload on GPU in my work, do we have
design docs or discussion threads for this topic now?
