Thanks a lot [~zenfenan] for the effort.
I think it would help to have also a write-up that describes the design, how
you achieve exactly-once (how do you extract the necessary state to store in
Flink, which are the assumptions, e.g. do you assume rolling on every
checkpoint, etc) and some details about the functionality of each component,
for example the functionality of the {{PhysicalFsWriter}} and all the important
interfaces used. This will help also more people to comment on it by lowering
the barrier of pre-requisites in order to enter the discussion.
[~yanghua] can you assign the issue to [~zenfenan]?
