Regarding the [current CI failure](https://dev.azure.com/apache-flink/apache-flink/_build/results?buildId=2613&view=results): I think all runs were slower in one attempt, around 30 min instead of usual 20. but none looks hanging, it looks more related to its particular vm instance. A similar [run in my CI](https://dev.azure.com/azagrebin/azagrebin/_build/results?buildId=189&view=results) succeeded, modulo some unrelated post action cache failure.
