Thanks for the review.
I would like to keep the name `setAbsoluteTimestamp()` on the
`TimestampedCollector`.
For the `IngestionTimeExtractor`, what do think about my reasoning for the
name? I will definitely update the comments to describe that it uses the Wall
Clock.
