[~aljoscha] Agreed. I'm mostly just putting good energy out into the universe
because I really want this to happen but I'm not going to be the one to do it :)
[~eloisant] The idea wouldn't be to remove internal scala code but to do some
classloader trickery to make it look like that's what happened. It would only
make the scala API easier to maintain because we wouldn't have to cross-build
the runtime.
