Thanks @sangkyoonnam, and thanks for checking the Python side. I've opened
#1265 for this. It covers both cases you found: Python Anthropic now keeps the
prompt path for a `dict` field instead of closing it to `{}`, and so does
Azure, since strict mode does not accept a typed `additionalProperties`.
If you're interested in #1255 (blank model handling) or #1256 (rendering a
flat `RowTypeInfo` as JSON Schema), let me know and I can assign either to you.
