Hi [~manner] ,
For the Flink 2.4 release, I'm checking the impact of partially completed
FLIPs. It looks like PARSE_XML and TRY_PARSE_XML are complete, while XML_STRING
is still open.
Could you confirm whether the parsing functions can ship without XML_STRING,
and whether the changes affect existing behavior for users who do not use the
new XML functions?
