Hi [~autophagian]

For the Flink 2.4 release, I'm checking the impact of partially completed
FLIPs. It looks like the shared type inference work in FLINK-40608 has been
merged, while the remaining tasks are still open or in progress.

Could you confirm whether this change can ship independently, and whether it
changes existing DataFrame or UDF behavior, particularly type inference and
nullability?

Thanks!
