With various distributions adding FreeRDP 2.x packages, with some also dropping
FreeRDP 1.x, this may actually simplify things. Part of the complexity here was
the need to maintain support for both, which requires developing our own RDP
API to stand between Guacamole and FreeRDP. If we can drop support for FreeRDP
1.x ourselves, that's a lot easier.
