Mike Jumper commented on GUACAMOLE-1218:
----------------------------------------
I don't think there's any reason on the Glyptodon side why we wouldn't do this,
and I seem to remember there being an older JIRA issue for doing just that.
I'll bring it up internally and (presumably) open a PR.
There was a very recent contribution to guacamole-auth-json which could
complicate things, as the guacamole-auth-json extension is currently
MIT-licensed. Glyptodon certainly can agree to donate things over as
Apache-licensed, but I think we'll have to reach out to that contributor to
make sure he agrees that his contribution can go the same route.
> Move guacamole-auth-json into the main project.

> guacamole-auth-json is so nice! I started to dump some major time into
> starting to develop a custom auth extension which would have ended up as
> basically this but worse, only to stumble across it just in time. Why not
> distribute it as a binary and document it on the website with the other
> first-class citizen extensions?
