After inspecting the logs that led to the creation of HBASE-9480 HBASE-9481,
[~jeffreyz] was convinced (here http://bit.ly/1e3hsfD, and in offline
discussions with me) that the region move was the killer for this test. Was he
right! (Caveat the issue Enis brought up today on the mail thread on the RC)
