But using hbase shell and java api, the users can actually assign values to
empty qualifier, but can never retrieve them using shell or rest queries. So,
to make things consistent, either we remove support for assigning values to
empty qualifier or provide support to retrieve values for empty qualifiers. The
definition on "columnfamiliy:" is different on different places.
