I don't think we actually need {{security/src/test/resources/hbase-site.xml}}
without the security profile. The only thing it was doing was setting
{{SecureRpcEngine}} to be used for tests. Which raises the question: should
{{SecureRpcEngine}} or {{WritableRpcEngine}} be used for running the tests if
security is integrated into the main build?
