I forgot to mention yest. that I was running on 0.98 after hacking HBASE-11059.
I might possibly be seeing this issue because of a problem during backport.
I wanted to create a review request but having difficulty with RB. RB seems to
assume the patch is for trunk. Do you know a way to create review request for
0.98 branch?
