I like this. The TOC on the left is great. It is great that we can still link
to particular sections of the doc with the labels from it. +1 on the
formatting from me.
When we publish this at a slightly different url than the original docs? I'd
bet we have a lot of links in mailing list traffic pointing to particular
chapter in the old docs and having a new url would allow this links to remain
deprecated but valid while the new docs take root.
