I thought I had fixed the Quickstart one. Latest build fixes it. That fixed one
should be uploaded to my people.apache.org site within the next few minutes.
The cleanest way to handle old URLs is probably to do a redirect from /book/*
to /book.html. I would handle that through a .htaccess file. That doesn't work
for public_html files so I will need to test it on the live site via a small
commit (or one of you guys can and let me know). I am travelling today so don't
think I will be able to work on this more until tomorrow.
